Our trading hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday 7am – 5:30pm
Saturday 8am – 4pm
Sunday 9am – 2pm
We are also open most public holidays from 9am – 2pm.
However, we are CLOSED on:
Christmas Day
Boxing Day
Good Friday
We are also open from 1pm – 4pm on ANZAC Day.
As we have thousands of products it is difficult to have stock level indications and display our stock on hand for each item.
If you have seen something on our site or are wondering if we stock something, it’s always worth a phone call to find out if we have it in stock or when more stock will be arriving.
We also are constantly working on expanding our product ranges, so it pays to visit us regularly and check in with us for new product ranges.
We offer deliver 7 days a week for a fee. We try to make our deliver fee as affordable as possible, whilst also considering the costs associated with delivery, e.g. the employee, fuel, vehicle registration, insurance, wear and tear and vehicle servicing.
You can call us any time, or ask us in store, how much delivery would be to the location you are after.
As long as items are in their original packaging, unused and re-saleable, items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. There must also be proof of purchase.
We work very hard to be as competitive as possible, however, due to different buying capacities, we are sometimes unable to match prices.
Yes, we have loyalty accounts that not only track purchases for you, so if you lose your receipt, it’s not a problem, but it also includes a discount of up to 10% off various products across the store.
We accept cash, cheque and payment by card whether it is Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Diner’s Club.
We do not currently have online ordering, you can however call us to place an order and arrange for pick up instore or delivery.
We offer Gift Vouchers in store, starting from $20.
Gift Vouchers are a great idea for raffle prizes as well birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, and can be redeemed against all items. Gift Vouchers can be spent over multiple purchases until the balance reaches $0.
Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, and the expiry date is listed on the Gift Voucher.
When deciding on what paint you need, we ask questions regarding indoor, outdoor, walls, ceilings, architraves/skirting as well as also how much space you’re covering and the colour you’re after, all this together, helps us advise you on what paint to use.

Almost the entire store is for DIY projects, and our staff can be wealth of knowledge to help you through your DIY projects.
Each garden and lawn will require something different, bringing in photos can help us advise you on what we think will benefit your garden/lawn.
There are a few things to consider with plumbing issues, firstly, are you connected to a septic tank or town water. Next do you know what the issue is or what has caused the issues?
Whilst we are not plumbers, we are more than happy to discuss this and brainstorm solutions. This may assist you in try a couple of things and hopefully resolve your plumbing issues prior to paying a callout fee for a plumber.
